Groups with roles
Owner and admins: admins add and remove members and promote others. Deletion is the owner's alone.

Invite a colleague by email: acceptance creates the chat and adds you to each other's contacts automatically; declining blocks new invitations from the sender.

Where do shared files go?

Can I delete a message I sent?
Yes, you delete your own messages with confirmation. There is no post-send editing.
How do I stop interruptions?
Do-not-disturb, a global notification mute, and blocking any sender. Unblock from settings anytime.
